Hi 👋🏾 My name is Sangkalpa Gurung 🤗

I was born in Brunei, grew up in Nepal and Hongkong, studied in the US and Australia, worked in the UK and Denmark and am now living in Australia.

I’m a big fan of podcasts and love listening to other people’s journeys and learnings. However, year after year, I’d always think ‘I wish there was a podcast that covered stories of our Nepali diaspora’.  I knew there were so many incredible Nepali individuals, I wanted to hear their stories.

So in 2020, I finally took the plunge and started ‘Hamro Yatra (Our Journey)’ - a podcast to connect Nepali communities living overseas. My aim is to bring light to our stories, our successes in both conventional and unconventional fields and help you in your journey.

‘Hamro Yatra’ is a labour of love, thank you for listening and supporting us 💕
